Our model, as discussed, is based on service. Service is paramount

Partnerships with the end-user providing training and walk-thoroughs
via education is what makes companies the most successful
today and creates a satisfied customer base.

right, we aren't expecting you to spend thousands and thousands
of dollars to work with our operating system. Pioneer provides
you with the tools you need from ASPEN to our premier TecPRO
product, you'll find all the functionality you need included
with your operating system. The model is shifting and it provides
you with service and not having to fix problems all day and
night. Our partners can provide you with the services you
require also such as converting your Windows system to Pioneer.

The
shifting model
Our model is
based on providing services to customers versus continuing to correct
problems inherent in the operating system that 91 percent of the
users in the United States are currently running. Our partners also
believe that you shouldn't have to continue to fix and repair your
computer because of problems. If you've seen our system in operation
today then you've experienced a simple interface that is intuitive
yet secure enough to surf the web with little or no worries. You've
noticed a growth in the industry with Linux now at 6 percent of
the desktops while Apple is at 3 percent. The industry has been
changing and people are demanding something better.
Many Partners
today, because of the extraordinary amount of computers on the bench
due to issues ranging from tune-ups to registry repair, viruses
and more, have no time to devote to learning new technologies. The
movement of having to repair computers is constantly shifting to
working with customers in training and assistance and is different
for many computer stores, OEMS, and solution providers and is sometimes
painful shifting resources. Our partners have made this transition
and are looking forward to working with you!
The goal at
Technalign is to assist all end-users not having to have to worry
about repairing their systems to working condition, but to have
users use a system that is stable as well as usable without concern
for the problems occurring today.
Devoting
the time
Some will not
be able to devote the resources to learn the new operating system,
while others will find a successful transition. As partners of ours,
they understand the need to understand customers and they've learned
that there success with Pioneer came from assisting the customer
and listening to the requirements they've had.
Some will not
find the time to devote to learning the product and mention that
the learning curve is too great for them to devote any resources
while others find the system initiative and simple to use. Remember
a new version is being released from another company that will require
a greater learning curve. This new system will still have issues
as well as a new learning curve while Pioneer provide a simple and
intuitive interface that the user is somewhat accustomed to. As
well as being intuitive, the system interface can be customized
to a familiar behavior as well as look and feel they are used to.
Distribution
model
Our distribution
model does not use the same method as most companies use today.
Distribution does not take place via the large chains simply pushing
product out to companies with no support and whose only concern
is what product is moving the fastest today. Distribution occurs
via those who were partners and have demonstrated the ability to
understand our model as well as the means to assist customers.
Partners will
get site visits from Technalign Distributors. Distributors can provide
partners with walk though, training and assistance when needed as
well as providing product on-demand.
